At Blush Properties, we care about more than just providing four walls and a roof — we care about creating homes that feel right. Based in Milton Keynes, we focus on high-quality properties that are well-maintained and thoughtfully managed where tenants feel valued.
We work closely with Taylor Walsh Estate Agents to find and reference great tenants, ensuring the move-in process is smooth and stress-free. Once you’re living in one of our properties, you’ll have access to the Lendlord platform, which makes it easy to log repairs and track updates directly from your phone or computer.
As proud members of the NRLA, we stay up to date with all landlord standards and regulations, so you know you’re in safe hands.

FAQs
We want all our tenants to feel at home with us, so here are some quick answers to the questions we’re most often asked.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
All repairs are managed through our Lendlord platform. Simply log in, submit the issue, and you’ll get updates as it’s resolved. Please give as much detail as possible (photos help too).
How much notice do I need to give if I want to move out?
This will be set out in your tenancy agreement, but typically you’ll need to give two month’s written notice. Always check your agreement or contact us if you’re unsure.
Who do I pay my rent to?
Rent payments should be made to Blush Properties. Full details, including account information, are in your tenancy agreement. If you’re unsure, please get in touch before making a payment.
Who finds tenants for Blush Properties?
We work with Taylor Walsh Estate Agents to handle tenant finding and referencing, so you know everything is managed professionally and fairly.
Can I decorate or make changes to the property?
We want you to feel at home, but please ask before making any changes such as painting walls, installing fixtures, or putting up shelves. Small things like picture hooks are usually fine — but check with us first.
